1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to remember information between visits — like whether you're logged in, or which cookie preferences you've chosen. Some are set directly by us (first-party); others might be set by services we use (third-party).
2. The categories we use
Essential. Needed for the site and product to function — session/login state, security tokens, and your saved cookie preference itself. These can't be turned off, because the site (or app) can't work correctly without them.
Analytics. Help us understand aggregate traffic and usage patterns so we can improve the site and product. Off by default until you opt in.
Marketing. Would be used to measure the effectiveness of outreach campaigns. We don't currently run ad retargeting or cross-site tracking — this category exists so the choice is explicit and future-proof, not because it's actively used today.
3. Cookies on the product (app.omnivoy.in / your tenant subdomain)
Once you're logged into the Omnivoy product itself, we use essential cookies and local storage for authentication and session management. These aren't part of the marketing-site consent banner — they're required for the product to work, the same way they would be for any application you log into.
4. Managing your preferences
Use (also available in the footer of every page) to change your choice at any time. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser's settings — note that blocking essential cookies may break login or other core functionality.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our cookie usage changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
