1. Who this applies to
This policy covers omnivoy.in and the Omnivoy application (accessed via your organization's tenant subdomain or the internal admin console). It applies to visitors to this site and to users of the product on behalf of a customer organization.
2. Information we collect
Account & authentication data. Name, work email, and profile details from Google or Microsoft sign-in, or from your organization's own SSO provider.
Data you connect via integrations. If your organization connects GitHub, Jira, Slack, AWS, Azure, GCP, Freshservice, or similar services, we access the specific data needed to power the features you've enabled — e.g. pull request metadata for engineering visibility, cost and usage data for FinOps, ticket data for release tracking. We only request the scopes needed for those features.
Usage data. Pages visited, actions taken, and timestamps, used for audit logging (a core product feature) and to understand how the product is used.
Contact form submissions. If you fill out a "Contact Sales" form on this site, we collect your name, email, company, and message to respond to you.
3. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To authenticate you and enforce access controls (SSO, RBAC) within your organization's tenant
- To maintain audit logs, a feature many of our customers rely on for compliance
- To respond to support requests and sales inquiries
- To detect, investigate, and prevent security incidents or abuse
4. How we share information
We don't sell your data. We share it only:
- With subprocessors who host or process data on our behalf (e.g. cloud infrastructure providers), under confidentiality obligations
- With the third-party services you choose to connect, to the extent needed for the integration to function
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Omnivoy or others
- With your organization's own administrators, who can see activity within their tenant — this is a feature of the product (audit logging, RBAC), not a third-party disclosure
5. Data security
Each customer organization operates in an isolated tenant. Access is governed by SSO and role-based access control (RBAC), and administrative actions are captured in an audit log. Data is encrypted in transit. We restrict internal access to production data to what's needed to operate and support the Service.
6. Data retention
We retain account and product data for as long as your organization's tenant is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for backups and legal/audit purposes. You can request deletion of your personal data by contacting us — see Section 8.
7. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to run this site and, if you consent, to understand aggregate traffic. See our Cookie Policy for the full breakdown, or use to manage your preferences.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@omnivoy.in — if you're a user within a customer organization, some requests may need to go through your organization's administrator, since they control the tenant's data.
9. Children's privacy
Omnivoy is a business product, not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
10. International data transfers
Omnivoy is operated from India. If you're accessing the Service from outside India, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in India or other locations where our infrastructure or subprocessors operate.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active customers directly.
